2x75 Kick on 1:25 or 2:00 or :15R
100 Swim Technique on 1:40 or 2:00 or :15R

**NOTES: Descend the set of 2x75 by rounds. (ie. Round 1 the 75s are easy, Round 3, Fast)

Set 2

(2) or 3xthrough
5x50 on :40 or :50 or :10R
2x100 Strong on 1:30 or 1:45 or 2:00 or :20R

4x25 on :30
Odd 25- Breath Hold
Even 25- Easy
