Main Set

300 pull on :30R
4x100 on 1:20 / 2:00 or :10R
2x150 (50swim/50kick/50swim) on :30R
4x100 on 1:25 / 1:55 or :15R
300 (50Drill / 50 Swim) with fins :30R
4x100 on 1:30 / 1:50 or :20R

**Notes: Each set of 4x100 gets faster as the set goes on (Desc. by sets of 4)
