4x50 (25scull/25 Build swim)

Prep. Set

6x100 (all going 75free/25back)
3- Paddles Only DPS on :20R
3- No Swim Equipment Desc. 1-3 (ez/mod/Strong) on :15R or less

200 Easy (Work on 6-beat Kick and Streamlines)

Main Set

4x50 FAST on :30R or more
2x75 (k/sw/sw x 25) on :15R

2x100 Middle 50 FAST (25ez/50FAST/25ez) on :30R or more
2x75 (k/sw/sw x 25) on :15R

1x200 (Build/Desc.) Break :10R after each 50 - (50ez/50mod/50strong/50fast)
