16x50 ALL with Pull Buoy only
2xthrough
4- Backstroke (Alternate - Odd 50s : Double arm back pull / Even 50s: Back "swim" w/ bouy)
4- Freestyle (Alternate - Odd 50s: DPS (distance per stroke) / Even 50s: Catch-up DPS)


Main Set

1/2x/or 3x through
300 Freestyle Pull (Paddles and Buoy ... or just Buoy) Smooth and Easy
6x50 BPI (Best Possible Interval) on :05-:10 sec. Rest
