500 Swim -----> done the following(25 Scull / 50 Swim Free / 25 Backstroke x 5)
100 Easy kick
Prep. 1
5x50 Kick
4x75 (25 Kick / 50 Choice Drill)
3x100 (25Kick/25 Drill/ 50 Swim)
**Note: All Kick/Drill and Swimming is choice stroke. Mix it up!
Main Set
(NOTE: 2x through for a longer workout)
2x200 Freestyle Pull (#1 DPS - #1 100 smooth/100 strong)
3x100 Swim (DPS - Distance per Stroke)
2x200 Kick (#1Easy -- #2 Strong)
**Notes: Big Kick day --- Can't be a strong swimmer without a strong kick! Work the legs hard!
