August Workout #4

Warmup
200 Freestyle
200 Kick
200 Pull
200 Choice

Prep. 1
8x50 (25 kick on back in streamline / 25 Free DPS)
4x50 (25 DPS Free / 25 swim with fist)
2x50 (Freestyle swim build each 50)


Main Set
300 Pull
100 (Each 25 gets stronger)
200 Pull
100 (50 Strong / 50 Fast)
100 Pull
100 (All Fast)

**Notes: Make Sure the pull is the "recovery" of the set, nice and long and smooth.
