6x50 Free Swim on :40 or :50 or :10Rest

Main 1

4 times through the following
4x25 IM Order stroke (Round 1 - Fly, Round 2 - Back, Round 3 - Breast, Round 4 - Free)
200 (25 IM/ 25 Free)

* NOTES: Each 200 goes as (25fly/25free - 25back/25free - 25breast/25free - 25free/25free)
