Thursday -- June 3rd workout

Warmup

8x125 -- :10 sec. rest inbetween
1-4 - 100 freestyle / 25 minimum breath freestyle
5-6 - Pull (75 free / 50 choice)
7-8 - Kick (100 moderate / 25 stronger)

Prep.

:20 sec. in between
100 - Kick (fins option)
200 - Choice swim
300 - Pull choice (If Free, workout DPS and high elbow recovery/underwater pull)
200 - Choice swim
100 - Kick (fins option)


Main

8x25 Fast as possible (Paddles / shirt)
200 Smooth
4x50 Fast as possible (Paddles / shirt)
200 Smooth


** Notes: Shirt is option, I suppose easier to use if you are at OPC.
