Welcome to YOTA Masters!

The YOTA Masters program is made up of three primary categories, adults who swim for fun/fitness, Tri-Athletes who train for major competitions and swimmers who compete for championships. Our skill levels range from the beginner to past Olympians.

YOTA Masters practices are offered 7 times a week; in the mornings and a lunch time workout at YOTA's very own facility! It is a chance to make new friends, have fun and move towards your personal goals in a positive atmosphere.

Practice Schedule

All Workouts are located at 1012 Oberlin Rd. Raleigh, NC (behind the Interact building)

Beginning September 7th 2011

Monday - 6:30-7:30am

Tuesday - 6:30-7:30am and 11:30am-12:30pm

Wednesday - 6:30-7:30am

Thursday - 6:30-7:30am and 11:30am-12:30pm

Friday - 6:30am-7:30am
