YOTA Masters Monday Workout

What better way to start a week than a good swim.

Also, a great way to prepare for our first workout of the season September 8th!

Just a light workout to keep the muscles moving and the blood flowing!

Warmup

200 Free
100 Kick
4x25 Drill (Catch-up Drill)

Prep Set

2x through
2x50 Kick
2x50 Swim Freestyle (Think about your kick!)
100 6-beat kick

Main Set

10x50 Swim on :30 seconds rest
Build every Odd
Easy every Even

Warmdown
